Account and sign-in

Use Forgot password to reset an email account. If you joined with Apple or Google, use the same sign-in method.

Report or block someone

Open the member's profile in Amora to report or block them. Include the relevant profile or conversation details when contacting support. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Delete your account or data

In the app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. You can also request help deleting your account, messages or uploaded media by emailing support from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel mobile subscriptions through the store where you purchased them: Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. For website subscriptions, use Manage or cancel your subscription in Amora's subscription screen.

Deleting your Amora account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately through the relevant store.

Adults only

Amora is for adults aged 18 and over. To report a suspected underage account, use profile reporting or contact support.
